The world is teeming with wildly successful achievers in business and the corporate world who are always more than happy to describe their wins and accolades in great detail, but are reluctant to share practical tips on how others can be equally successful.

We don’t know about your part of the world, but where we come from, high achievers would rather eat burning coal for lunch than share their knowledge with aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals.

It’s a fact – the majority of business sites are created with Generation X and Y in mind, leaving out the group that is popularly termed in Southern Africa as, “Ama2000” – those born in the year 2000 and beyond.

To top it all off, Career guidance programs in most Zimbabwean schools are almost non-existent, perhaps with the exception of a handful of elite schools. Not surprisingly, many “ama2000” have limited information on how to pursue their dreams and win in life.
